Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Waystone ("the App"), operated by Ai Consulting Services LLC. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Waystone, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Waystone is a platform for 3D volume reconstruction and spatial point mapping from TIFF image stacks, provided by Ai Consulting Services LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Waystone. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Your Data

Ownership

You retain all rights to data you upload or create within Waystone ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of any content you provide.

License Grant

By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Your Representations

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload all data you provide to Waystone and are solely responsible for compliance with any third-party agreements governing your data.

6. Third-Party Services

Waystone relies on the following third-party services:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Authentication, database, file storage, cloud hosting

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ai Consulting Services LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
  • Upload data you do not have the right to share
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Use automated scripts to access the App without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI CONSULTING SERVICES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI CONSULTING SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

11. Account Termination

  • By you: You may delete your account at any time through the App. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at info@aiclabs.dev. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in California. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
