Waystone is a platform for 3D volume reconstruction and spatial point mapping from TIFF image stacks, provided by Ai Consulting Services LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Information

We collect your email address when you are invited to create an account. We may also collect your name, institution, and intended use case if you submit an access request.

Uploaded Data

We collect the TIFF image files you upload for volume reconstruction. Uploaded files and processed volumes are stored in secure cloud storage, scoped to your user account and not accessible to other users.

2. How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery

Your data is used solely to provide the volume reconstruction and point mapping service.

No Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate Waystone:

  • Secure cloud infrastructure hosting

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Waystone uses minimal cookies and local storage:

  • Authentication tokens: Session tokens stored in local storage for login persistence
  • Theme preference: Light/dark mode setting (if applicable)

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

  • With third-party processors listed above, as required to operate the Service
  • As required by law, legal process, or government request
